Brewer/Cellar Technician Position Available
Are you passionate about craft beer and ready to take the next step in your brewing career? 14th Star Brewery is looking for a Cellar Technician to join our production team. This is a hands-on role with a clear path toward brewing for the right candidate. We’re ideally seeking someone with prior brewery experience who can grow quickly into a production brewing position — but we’re also willing to train a motivated, hard-working individual who’s ready to put in the work and learn the craft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our brewing cellar
- Clean fermentation and Brite tanks to ensure top-quality beer production
- Organize raw materials and assist with inventory management
- Conduct daily gravity readings to monitor fermentation
- Perform yeast dumps and transfers between tanks
- Build daily grain orders and mill grains
- Organize our warehouse and manage distribution orders
- Transfer beer from fermentors to Brite tanks
- Assist with dry hopping and packaging when needed
Growth Opportunities:
This role is designed as a pathway into brewing. Candidates with prior experience may have the opportunity to step into a production brewing role more quickly, while others will receive hands-on training on both our pilot and main production systems as they grow within the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior brewery or production experience preferred
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first mindset
- Passion for craft beer and a desire to grow in the industry
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs
- Flexible availability, including weekends when needed

Taproom Bartender Positions Available

14th Star Brewery is on the lookout for a dependable bartender to join our Taproom team!
Shifts available during our regular Taproom hours:
Tuesday–Wednesday: 4:00 PM — 10:00 PMThursday-Saturday: 11:00 AM — 10:00 PMSunday: 11:00 AM — 8:00 PM
We’re looking for someone who:
Can consistently work at least 1-2 shifts per weekHas bartending experience (or a willingness to learn)Knows and loves craft beerCan lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hoursIs friendly, reliable, and able to keep things clean!
This is a part-time role with great pay + tips. You’ll also have the chance to work fun off-site events and festivals!
